Protest the opening night of the International Conference of Police Executives, where police chiefs from around the world will be meeting to discuss "control in times of chaos." Featured guests of VPD chief Jamie Graham include top cops from Paris, New Orleans, Seattle, London and Detroit. They will be welcomed by major Sam Sullivan, Premier Gordon Campbell and Stockwell Day.
United Against Police Violence (UAPV) is an ad-hoc committee of community groups who are organizing a demonstration against the international conference of police executives.
